Our Couturiers
Josh Laronge – For more than 25 years Josh Laronge has been creating images of the people, places, things and events around him. Initially training as a studio still-life photographer, Laronge realized his passion for photographing people in their environments and moments. His documentary images have been published in magazines, books and web sites around the world.
“I try to make images that are interesting and pleasing to both viewers who don’t know the people in the photo and those who do,” says Laronge. “I guess that’s my photo philosophy; I use it with all my subjects.”
Josh Laronge acts as the creative director and chief photographer of Laronge Photographie Couture, pioneering a new style of custom wedding and event documentation. With a team of extremely talented creative specialists, Laronge Photographie Couture documents premier functions around the globe. Laronge has an uncanny ability to bond with his clients and become a subtle part of their event. His images relay a perspective of a guest rather than one of an outsider posing and manipulating the event. It is this way that captures true memories making Laronge’s images favorites that clients enjoy year-after-year.
Mark Hill – A passion for travel led Mark Hill to the airline industry but, after two decades, a change of course was calling himl. In 1988 he picked up a camera, read books, spoke with other photographers and taught himself photography. Hill’s other passion is surfing which gives him an abundance of subject matter. As a full-time professional photographer, Hill’s images have graced the pages of Surfer, Surfing, TransWorld Surfing and other national and international magazines. Hill currently act as the assistant photo editor for Eastern Surf Magazine.
Two years ago Hill met Josh Laronge and expressed interest in shooting weddings and events. “ I wanted to expand my horizons and get involved in the creative process of shooting events/ weddings. I really enjoy photographing people and making them look their best. It’s enjoyable seeing people at celebrations and capturing their expressions during happy moments, it’s very rewarding,” says Hill. As a full associate of Laronge Photographie Couture, Hill works as a still image couturier bringing his style and sophisticated eye to weddings and events making images clients love and cherish.

Rey Diaz – When Laronge Photographie Couture added in-house cinematography, Rey Diaz joined the team as a motion image couturier. With a wealth of experience and national broadcast credits including MTV, ESPN and FOX, Diaz’s stylistic vision and technical expertise have become and integral and valuable asset to LPC. At events, Diaz oversees other motion image couturiers coordinating the filming and ensuring the direction of Josh Laronge, carrying the LPC style and quality to our cinematic work.
Diaz holds a BA in communications from FAU and his other interests include scuba diving and underwater photography. His underwater images can be seen here.
